Jonathan Toledano is currently a Manager in Retem Steel, LLC and also the Owner & President of the company since January 2022. With a strong background in Oracle technologies, he was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of YoTo Information Technologies from January 2005 to December 2021, a company specializing in Oracle technologies and modernization of legacy systems. Throughout his career, Jonathan has been involved in technical and project consulting, Oracle instruction, and setting up Oracle infrastructures. He also co-founded iCast LTD, an audiobook company acquired by Storytel. 

Doria Toledano has been serving as the CFO at Retem 3D Steel Grid and Vativer Israel since 2012. She brings extensive expertise in budget planning, financial management, and control, ensuring the company's stability and economic efficiency. Beyond her rich professional experience, Doria has a broad and diverse education, including studies in history and art history, Chinese medicine, and reflexology. This unique combination of professional experience, broad education, and a holistic approach makes her a valuable asset to the company.

Robert's 27 years of combined experience in concrete and hydraulics make him uniquely qualified to assist with your RETEM System challenges. As a DOT Engineer, he has a deep understanding of roadway hydraulics and maintenance. His previous role as a Concrete Engineer for the Ready Mix Association demonstrates his expertise in incorporating concrete into your designs.

Harrison brings a robust background in consultative selling, contract negotiation, and large-scale territory management. Holding a B.S. from Auburn University, he has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion. Previously at PolyNovo Limited, Harrison managed a statewide territory, earned multiple "Quota Buster" awards for exceeding sales targets, and successfully expanded the company's institutional footprint. At United Rentals, he managed 357 accounts, optimized operational workflows, and generated $3M in annual rental revenue.

David, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in erosion control and soil stabilization, has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management. His extensive knowledge and expertise in these areas make him a valuable asset to the company.

Craig joined the company in 2018 and brings over 40 years of experience in design, survey, and construction. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Auburn Montgomery in 1991 and is a retired member of the Alabama Department of Transportation. Craig has worked on numerous projects using the Retem process across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi, and he certifies concrete plants in Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee. He has been happily married to his high school sweetheart for over 40 years and they have two children and three grandchildren.
